In Trial Loan Modification now

August 04, 2010

The loan is under my spouse name but the title is under both of us. I have been working with the bank on a loan modification for several months but I got a notice of a sale date for foreclosure. I called Bank of America and they have no knowledge about this and they don't understand why because once we went into a trial loan modification agreement the foreclosure should have stopped. So far nothing has happen. Still waiting and the sale date is approaching. We want to keep our home but not sure what to do.
