Forbearance with Beneficial
August 01, 2010
I need to stop foreclosure process. I am trying to bring my mom's monthly payments up to date, with Beneficial, home is still on the foreclosure list how can I get it off the list. Beneficial refuses to give any information to her. What do I need to help save our home from foreclosure? I just need to get the payments up to date. Can you help me on any suggestions? Is forbearance an option

My mortgage is with Beneficial and they jst told me today that they did not receive any government bailout money so they don't have to offer any forbearance! They will do 1 deferment a year for up to 2 months in back payments. Have you tried for a modification? They are hard to get.Good luck! I don't know how they can charge so much interest and fees and get away with it! No wonder they didn't need government bail out assistance!
Beneficial has bought our back taxes on our house and now we have to pay 300.00 a month plus our mortage 900.00. Since we can pay the 300 and some of the 900.00 but not all one rep has told us they would not foreclose on our house because we are making payments on the back taxes. However when we make the 300.00 payment that dept ask if we have received a foreclosure notice in which we havent. All payments we send in are being cashed but I woud like to know how long this will work or will we geta foreclosure notice soon, Joe D.
