I need a loan modification with Wells Fargo
Husband and I have been separated for 8 years during which time he remained in the home and paid the bills. Approx last fall, 2009, he found out he had cancer and had to under chemo and radiation. After a month of this he determined that he could not afford the house. I had asked him NOT to do bankruptcy as I wanted to save the house. He has signed a quit claim deed turning the house over to me. I've been working with Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation Services for three months. Recently they told me the house was in foreclosure however without a sale date yet. All I need is for Wells Fargo to allow a loan modification to help me keep the home.
