Is loan modification a remedy with Bank of America

July 28, 2010

I have been praying to god to help me with this matter and I am confident from your testimonials and faith in the lord that this to shall pass! I file loan modification with Bank of America seven months ago. Every time I call Bank of America to find out about modification they told me it is in process. Then last year i receive court papers from a law firm at foreclosure. Now I receive another court paper. Are they delaying the inevitable? Does Bank of America offer loan modification as a remedy? I pray there is help for my situation.
