FHA loan Partial Claim with Bank of America
My husband was unemployed from July 2009 to March 2010, which is why we fell behind. I have been working with Bank of America since November 2009 for assistance. I have sent them the requested documents multiples times over the past 7 months. I keep receiving conflicting information from them regarding making payment. One rep will tell me I can send them whatever I can and another will tell me I cannot make payment unless I can pay the total amount due. I have continued to fall farther and farther behind because of this. I can make the payment now, I just need assistance with the past due amount. Partial Claim seems to be the best plan for me since this is an FHA loan.
