My house will soon be going into foreclosure because Bank of America's processes suck! I immediately listed my house as a short sale when I had to move out of state for my job. I had a buyer and they just walked after three months of NO RESPONSE from Bank of America. Thanks BofA for making a very difficult situation even worse for me and my children.

I am having the same problems, seems like everyone on here is..I am disabled with multiple sclerosis, I have file chapter 13 bankruptcy already, I am doing the best I can, I get papers from their lawyers about how far behind I am, but yet they are in no hurry to get the loan modification done..so much for their help, and keeping people in their home..
