Stop foreclosure on my home
I am currently trying to work out a program with Bank of America. We worked out a payment to stop foreclosure which i sent on time. it got applied to the wrong loan so it took longer to be put on the right loan. I was waiting on paperwork in the mail to agree to a loan modification program but they canceled it because they said i was supposed to send my payment in within 5 days. I did not know this and had i sent it, it would have been returned to me anyway due to the foreclosure on the loan. I am currently waiting to hear from a "manager" to see if he will allow me to cont with payments or not. What do I need to do to stop foreclosure?
