Need Loan Modification with Ocwen
We have a mortgage with Ocwen. We have a loan modification with them but it raised our monthly payment from 750.00 to 971.00. They also added 11,000 to our mortgage principal. Our interest rate is 12%. We lost the 10% we put down on the house. Now we discovered mold which is making my husband sick. He is going to an allergist and has gone from getting shots to build up his immunity from once a week to once every two weeks. We found problems that were covered up by the sellers and we went to see an attorney two weeks ago. He said we would have had a good case but the statute of limitations is two years from the time of the sell date of the house. We didn't find the problems after two years. So we're stuck, and my husband can't work on the house himself without getting sick. I still need to get a good loan modification with Ocwen.
