Deed in lieu of foreclosure with Chase
I have a home in Indiana that i told Chase i could no longer afford and wanted to work something out with them. They said they would not talk to me when i am current. Now I am not current and they dinged my credit and call me everyday for payment. This was an investment home, not by choice, but due to job transfer. I can no longer afford it at all. I would love help getting a deed in lieu of foreclosure as my current Realtor is the worst I have ever worked with and I am locked in because of previous rental agreement.

I would be interested in your realtor. I am also in Indiana.
I know what it's like to have a bad realtor and a house you cant afford and don't want and the mortgage company wont work with you. I've been through this before.
