Deed in Lieu with HSBC

I am unemployed, as well as my wife. Employment opportunities are grim. We can no longer afford our home. Now seems to be the time to down-size. I am interested in the deed in lieu of foreclosure option. Is there any hope for us?

If you are in a not good position and have got no money to go out from that, you will require to receive the help. Just because that will aid you unquestionably. I take bank loan every year and feel good because of that.
I am in Chapter 13. My payment is $700 a month to my bankruptcy but now they want to raise my payment. I walked away from my house with hsbc hoping to do a deed in lieu. They sold my 230k house for 36k. Seriously, they couldnt help me because I made too much money but sold my house for 36k. Im at a point that I just want to drop my bankruptcy all together and say go ahead and sue me. I only have 35k in unsecured debt that I could try and get reduced and paid myself. The only thing I worry about is a deficiency on the house. Im in a nightmare and my attorney doesnt return phone calls.
