Short Sale with Bank of America
Had a short sale cash offer of $180k six months ago. I signed with Realtor and got it submitted. Two months later, I was informed that my loan was in group of loans purchased by 17 private investors. They all had to individually review. This took forever and the buyer backed out 2 weeks ago "no longer interested." Now Bank of America has moved to foreclose. I had a buyer, but due to bank processes, buyer walked away. Would they rather foreclose on me than take a short sale?
