Need loan modification with Bank of America

May 24, 2010

We got behind a year ago trying to help save our daughters home from foreclosure. We lost that house and incurred substantial unsecured debt in the process. We now are 13 payments behind on our primary residence. We have been working with Bank of America throughout the whole process but they keep telling us they can't help. All we need is a loan modification to a payment we can afford. We only need a couple hundred dollars off.
