NEED HELP WITH PHH

May 07, 2010

MY HOME WAS BOUGHT IN 1998. IT WAS A FORCLOSURE AND NEEDED EXTENSIVE WORK. EX-HUSBAND AND I GOT A HAL DEBT CONSOLODATION/HOME IMPRO LOAN. $65000.00, 15 YEARS AT 8.2%.WE DIVORCED IN 2002, HE SIGNED OVER HIS PORTION OF THIS HOME TOME AND I DID THE SAME WITH OUR FAMILY HOME. PS. MY PARENTS WERE THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED THE HOME FOR MY HUSBAND AND I, THEY HAD TWO HOMES ALREADY BUT WHEN THEY CAME TO VISIT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM. THEY ARE SNOW BIRDS.ALSO REAL ESTATE TAX PURPOSES AND MORE TAX DEDUCTIONS. MY EX FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY AND I WAS FORCED NOT TO JOIN HIM SINCE WE WOULD HAVE HAD MANY OF MY PARENTS ASSETS PUT INTO THE TRUSTEES HANDS OR CLAIMING WE WERE HIDING ASSETS. ANYWAY, I DID NOT FOR MY PARENTS, STAYED PUT, TOOK ALL OF THE MARITAL DEBT, BECAME PERMANENTLY DISABLED IN 2002, usps, ASSAULT, WITH p.T.S.D. CHRONIC PANIC AND ANXIETY AND AGORAPHOBIA. I AM NOW RETIRED FROM THE USPS AND COLLECTING SSDI ALSO. PAYMENTS BECAME BEHIND WHE IRWIN HOME EQUITY SOLD THE LOAN TO PHH. SAID IT WAS DUE TO THE BANKRUPTCY. WHAT BANKRUPTCY? I MONT LATE, AND A LETTER TO FORECLOSE. i CONTINUED TO PAY. THEY ADDED FOR THE 1ST TIME AN ESCROW ACCT. DID NOT PAY TAX'S RATHER INS. WITH NOTHING GOING TO PRINCIPLE. HAD H.O.P.E. CALL AND TRY AND HELP PROMISED EVERYTHING, RECEIVED NOTHING! SENT CHECK ACCORDING TO THEIR RECORDS FOR $8000.00, WELL OVER WHAT WAS DUE AFTER NOT HEARING ANYTHING FROM THEM IN OCTOBER, STILL NO TAX'S PAID! THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CASHED THE CHECK. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN, I AM 46 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS ALL I HAVE. IM SURE MY PARENTS WERE QUITE WORRIED SO THEY MADE SURE I WOULD NOT EVER WORRY ABOUT A ROOF OVER MY HEAD. MY B-DAY, APRIL 16 TWO YEARS AGO MY FIANCE LEFT WITHOUT A WORD. I WENT FROM $58000.00 TO $20,000.00 PER YEAR. MY MOTHER IS 87 AND MY FATHER IS 77. FATHER HAD A STROKE IN 1988 AND MOTHERS HEART IS FAILING. THIS IS ALL WE HAVE AND I DO-NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN, I HAVE NO FAMILY AND SINCE MY DISABILITY, I AM COMPLETELY SOCIALLY ISOLATED AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. FIANCE' MADE SURE OF IT! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? PLEASE?
