Loan Modification with PNC
We are several months behind. I can not remember the last time that our mortgage was paid on time as far as an exact date. As we all know the up and down economy and job situation it is a day to day survival. Both of us are currently under employed but extremely active in obtaining a better job. We really want to keep this house very much which I know that you hear this everyday from other homeowners. We basically have sold just about everything of value to keep a float but are running out of things to sell. Can we get a loan modification with PNC? If there is anything that can be done for us? please HELP!!!
