Loan Modification Intimidation by Suntrust
I submitted a Request for Loan Modification but it was denied by Suntrust. Before I sent the request for modification, I was communicating with a loan officer and was trying to establish a down payment to get back on track but the supervisor called. I explained to the supervisor that I was discussing a repayment plan but he informed me that my loan was referred to him specifically. He requested that I submit my request for loan modification to him immediately. I initiated contact two months ago to discuss a Request for Loan Modification but they did not seem receptive to that option and told me he didn't think I was qualified because my loan was the wrong type of loan. I want to save our home from foreclosure but I am intimidated by these people. Please help.
