I thought Loan Modification helped
Here is our situation. We tried to do a loan modification with Wells Fargo and when they did the modification it was for a payment that was more then we could afford. We have been in out home over ten years now and really don't want to lose it. However we have not been able to make these payment as we have had many hardships over the past few months that have made it impossible for us to make our mortgage payments. I thought loan modifications were to help you and make it so that you can afford your payment. Now we are facing a foreclosure on our home!! I hope that your company can help us... We have three children and really need our home and a payment that we can afford and still pay other bills and have food on the table. Please help us before it is to late.. Thank you for your time.
