I feel cheated by American Home Mortgage

Our lender led us on for seven months on a loan modification, saying everything was looking great. Now we have a foreclosure statement and feel cheated by American Home Mortgage.

This may sound like a joke, but its not. I have an American Home Mortgage and this company was able to get me modified down to a 2% interest rate. They got me approved within 2 weeks with very little paperwork. They appear to have some sort of niche. I think they only work with this lender. Call them.
To tell you my long story short I will start by telling that almost 3 years ago my husband and I faced foreclosure with Option One Morgage; today known as American Home Morgage. Now they are asking for almost 52, 000 deficency money. How can we negociated with them? How can we get the debt from our back? If somebody can helps us , please. We are desesperate and willing to pay some of the amount
