Is there any help with deed in lieu of foreclosure?
We have a received at this time a foreclosure date from Select Portfolio. We tried to work this out but we are not able to come up with the money to do a plan. They wanted us to enter into an agreement if we brought to the table $7,687.00 approx. So, given this fact my wife and I decided to do a deed in lieu of a foreclosure. Is there help with a deed in lieu?
