Saxon Loan Modification

don't listen to anything Saxon says...immediatley get a counselor with your local housing. Saxon is baiting you . Do some digging on Saxon, you will har your story in many accounts...they are crooks and have no inention to modify I have been told they are servicing accounts for Deutshe Bank and they are not participating or approving any modification. Only Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans are being done. The government has not covered our asses, again the banks are doing what they want.....Anyone with any info please contact me but i don't need anymore crooks contacting just real people with real answers....

I have taken great strides at stricking back at Saxon. Firts find out who holds your mortgage. Then contact them directly and complain Saxon unethical behavior and demand results. My mortgage is with Freddie Mac. I sent them several emails with serious complaints about Saxon. They called me and removed the house from Foreclosure. Then Saxon came back with a loan modification that they said was a HAMP plan. I signed it and sent it back. 4 days later Freddie Mac Contacted me to find out hoe things were going with the loan modification HAMP program. I told them the story that Saxon strong armed me into signing this bogues loan modification. Freddie told me that the loan modification was a HAMP as stated by Saxon ad they were going to investigate the fraudulent practicies by Saxon. Personally I hold Freddie Mac as much responsible as I do Saxon. Their job to assure that the federal progams are implimented and to shut dowm companies like Saxon who use lies and fraudulent practices in their business.

We have been making moan modification payments for a year now and Saxon says we are behind. We have all the bank money orders with there stamp and accoung number on the bank of the copies. I think a class action suit would be a great idea.
