no progress with bank of america
i am almost probably 11k behind on my mortgage. the borrowers are me and my father. my father moved out and left me to figure out what to do on my own. i have someone here who can help make payments, but we dont have the back pay. but really wanna keep our home, but dont know where to turn because bank of america is giving me different information every time i call. one time i call i am told my acct is under review for a loan modification and to call back and when i do i am told it was never under review and i start the information submitting process over and then i go through the same thing weeks later. i dont know what to do.
