Mistake with Chase
We were given a loan modification, it had to be electronic funds. I set it up with my bank and because it was a savings and not a checking it did not work. I had no idea! Not only do we have medical issues, My father got really sick and I had to be there to take care of him every day and our daughter started to get mentally ill also. When I discovered that the bank did not send it I sent in the full amount due and Chase rejected it and here we are. Thank you for whatever help you can give us. We would just like to get this settled with Chase but if we have to give up we will. They did not even want to help or listen to me. Barbara
