Loan Modification with Chase
Have a foreclosure date coming up. I have made and completed TWO 3 month repayment plans with Chase but now they insist they can not give me a loan modification because of a credit card lien on the house for $3500. Again I applied and was granted a 3 month repayment temporary loan modification plan to see if I could pay monthly and completed such plans... $28000 in arrears $100000 loan. I have lived in home for 11 years...never used the equity...similar homes are selling for about $180000 want to keep home not file for Bankruptcy.
