First Horizon is Foreclosing on me
I entered into a loan modification last year and fulfilled all the required payments and provided all necessary financial documents. I was given a 2nd trial payment period and fulfilled that one as well, along with updated financial docs again. I was told the second set of documents were sent out to another company in error and that my case had not been assigned a reviewer in First Horizon's office last month. I received a certified letter telling me i had a foreclosure sale date! I have had a stable job for the past year and a half. I can afford to make the adjusted payments. I want to keep my home and have done everything asked!
