I fell behind on my temporary loan modification with GMAC
I actually work out something with my mortgage company and they gave me a temporary loan modification from 1264.00 to 833.00. This was working until I had a death in my family and I had to use my mortgage to get to the funereal location. I fell 2 months behind, I always tried to make sure I did not get 3 months behind but some how I did and now my mortgage company will not accept anything. They told me my limit was 62 days and once I reached 62 days behind it would go into foreclosure. They said I had three weeks. Now it is past that and I am told that I now have to hold all payments and have to pay attorney fees to get re instated. I am having problems getting my regular payments now I have to worry about attorney fees.
