Does Wells Fargo do Loan Modification?

I have decent income, but high credit card debt resulting primarily from a divorce in 2009. I am having difficulty making my monthly payments and need this house for my residency. I don't want to lose it to foreclosure. Does Wells Fargo do loan modification?

Forget it. I have a 3 inch file of documents I've sent them. They ask for the same info over and over and over and over again. There is no cross referencing and no one realizes U have already sent in the requested docs many times. I decided on a short sale and guess what...they need the same info again and again and again...and they denied the short sale request based on the fact that I haven't sent them the documentation they requested...
That is true. There is no cross-referencing of information. They ask you to send the same information over and over again with hopes that you get tired and give up.
I have news for them. Wells Fargo will sooner go out of business than exhaust me. I have a year and 4 months working with them and they've done ZILCH! So much for the brilliant plan of helping Americans keep their home.
