Does the Obama Plan apply to me?
February 19, 2010
I tried to get Wells Fargo to modify the loan just recently, they were unwilling to. I intend to keep the house but for the next two years cannot afford the current payment. Does the Obama Plan apply to me?

I'm sick of all the advertisements about stopping forclosures and noone will help.I've been trying to work out an agreement with my mortgage company for a couple of years and they can't seem to understand I need my mortgage and interest rate lowered so I can make my payments on time. We've gone through NACA:Save the Dream Program, loan modification through Chase Home Finance which has you make your regular payment plus split up what you are behind into six equal payments on top of that. It doesn't seem fair. I will lose my house soon.
