Does Citi Mortgage give Loan Modifications?

I have had the home up for sale on and off for 3 years. My husband died July 16 2009. I now don't have enough income and am living on insurance. Is a loan modification with Citi Mortgage right for me? What can I do to save our home?

i've been trying to get a loan mod since april, now it's october.i honestly think they don't want to help if you have equity in your home,they sent an appraiser on a drive by.i sent 68 documents and completed the b.s. i haven't worked in 18 mos. i,m caught on my payments,but that's beside the point.i've been making my payments for 9.5 years on time and extra principle.....they suck!!!
