Can I get a forbearance with ASC?

February 23, 2010

I am interested in information concerning stopping the foreclosure of my home. I desperately need to avoid foreclosure. My bank is America's Servicing Company/Wells Fargo and I have been working through them. My payments are behind because of job loss, but at this time I can make the monthly payment. I would like to keep my home, this is my main goal. The bank is not willing to work with me concerning the past due payments. They want them in full. Can I get a forbearance with ASC?

ASC worked with us to modify our home loan. It tooks us about 6 months of calling and sending them paper work; but it all was for the best. I suggest for you to call them almost daily show them you truly want to do what ever it takes to keep your home and they will help.
