Can anybody help with Chase?
Chase refuses to negotiate. They had previously made a loan modification, and collected payments, but withdrew the loan modification without cause or notification. Chase has mostly refused to communicate with my court- designated loan modification representative or myself. They allowed a NOD to be filed. Chase has to come back to sell it out from under me. Can anybody help with Chase?
