Loan Modification Help
I went through bad divorce and set up hard times with Chase and they kept telling me they needed more paperwork and i sent all of the paper work to them and then they denied the hardship due to lack of paper work then hired a loss mitigation attorney. He told me to hold all payments then 3 months later said he couldn't do anything cause he is outta state now trying to recover his payment and catch up with mortgage but now behind $16000. Can anybody help get a loan modification to stop foreclosure with Chase?
