I'm behind with Bank of America
I AM CURRENTLY BEHIND ABOUT 60 DAYS. I AM WAITING TO SEE IF I GET A LOAN MODIFICATION. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE TO ACCELERATE BUT I WAS TOLD BY MY MORTGAGE COMPANY TO DISREGARD THIS ITS A LETTER THAT'S GENERALLY MAILED OUT BUT DOESN'T PERTAIN TO ME SINCE I AM IN REVIEW. I RECENTLY HAD TO GO PART TIME DUE TO A COMPANY WIDE LAY OFF. IT WAS HARD TO BALANCE EVERYTHING SO WE GOT BEHIND NOW AFTER GETTING RID OF ONE CAR ITS HELPED BUT GETTING BACK CAUGHT UP IS THE PROBLEM I AM JUST ASKING FOR A REPAYMENT PLAN I DON'T REALLY NEED THE MODIFICATION NOW AT THIS POINT. I AM STILL MAKING THE REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENTS BUT JUST BEHIND FROM THE COUPLE OF MTHS BEFORE. I ALSO MADE THE REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENT PLUS A EXTRA 500 THIS MTH ONLY BECAUSE MY PARENTS GAVE ME A LIL SOMETHING TO TRY AN HELP OUT. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO LET THEM PROCEED WITH THE MOD OR TRY AN CALL TO GET A REPAYMENT PLAN. BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW SOON IF I AM DENIED THAT THEY WILL LET ME PAY THE REMAINING PAST DUE BALANCE BEFORE STARTING FORECLOSURE.
