GMAC isn't helping
Death of Husband caused me to be extremely late, and payment was at one time 450.00.. now with late charges taxes. they had raised to 1400.00 my financial situation has changed and can make about 800.00 a month payment,But mortgage company wanted all back payments , i have received notice now they want full amount.. desperate to keep my home ,,need to know all my options maybe loan modification...thanks
