Saxon won't help with loan modification
We are 3 months behind due to a forbearance plan that we entered into with AMTrust Bank. They went out of business and Saxon took over our loan while we were still on the plan. We made one or two more half payments and then started paying our full amount. We have contacted Saxon since May and have filled out several income forms to see if we qualify for some type on loan modification or repayment plan. We were waiting for a reply when we received a letter from an attorney saying that in 30 days if our balance was not paid in full or the loan caught up they will foreclose on us. Please help us, we want to keep our home and we've tried to work something out with Saxon and they give us the runaround with no answers.
