My mortgage company won't help me
We purchased a townhouse in 2003. Our daughter was born in 2005, which made us soon realize we needed a house, not a townhome. In 2006, we purchased a house, which we remodeled. We intended to move in to the house and sell the townhouse only to be hit with a bad market. We placed both homes on the market with the intention to sell the first with a reasonable offer, only to receive very little activity and low offers. I was working with Countrywide earlier this year, told it would take a few months but things would be resolved, only to receive a letter of intent to accelerate. We do not want to lose our home to foreclosure. We can rent out one of them and would like to do so forthwith but have been unable to do so until we resolve matters with Countrywide. We need foreclosure help.
