Bank of America won't budge.

Our lender won't budge. We both have great jobs now and they won't do a thing. Bank of America is very difficult to deal with. We can afford our payments now, but don't know how to get back on track.

Bank of America kills me. They are by far the hardest bank to work with when trying to help someone prevent foreclosure. I do short sales all the time, and it takes at least twice as long to get them approved through bank of america than any other bank.

I lost my job with Chrysler due to the economic slowdown(greatest depression) I fell behind and they rushed in the 4th payment as due before its date and foreclosed!!! Well I am in a job earning twice as much as i ever did and they won't work with me!! They set up a repayment plan and the next day after i overnighted the check they decided to withdraw the plan!! b of a stands for bunch of assholes!!
i agree with all of these people..i was scamed.was told that bimrco could help me save my home at last minuite said they couldnt have tried other companies and was told that bank of america will not work with them and that i am loseing my home
The bank of america is guilty of doing the very same thing that everyone else is doing. I hope that someone can help all of us stop foreclosure or at least help us get through it.
Bank of America is a greedy piece of shit company. They should never have gotten the bail out money. Why? Because all we did is save a company that doesn't know how to operate efficiently. The grief they are causing American families in unnecessary and downright evil. And this compounded by a government that has its head so far up their ass they can't see daylight for miles. But turn on the news people...evrything is getting better!!
