I need ot sell so I can relocate

I cannot sell because I will not get total amount i owe my mortgage company. my only option that i can see is the relocation assistance help,that Nationstar Mortage is offering me. I do not have the means to get my home in "broom sweep" condition that soon. I need additional time for this process. Can I get the deadline pushed forward? I need more time. Foreclosure is April 22, 2009 and I have until March 15, 2009 to reply to my mortage company on the "broom sweep" condition of my home so that i can qualify for the relocation financial help that I need to relocate. This is the direction that I need to go. This will stop foreclosure and the mortgage company will take my property back. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

I am the "REAL" Anita from Lancaster, CA that works with Nationstar Mortgage. I was outraged to see such bold lies posted on your website about Nationstar Mortgage being a deceptive Lender. I am shocked that you do not confirm such damaging nonsense before you publicly defame a company. They require a higher credit score and lower debt to income than several other lenders and offer fixed rate loans, all things that better assure less foreclosure in the future for the borrower. Shame on the coward that used my name and Nationstar to do their dirty lies.

To 'Real Anita'..I am trying to get a loan with Nation Star...the company associated with Champion Mtg. I was told we were closing the loan tomorrow and when I called to confirm, got the run around. Now, no one will return my calls...I've just asked for a 'yea' or 'nay'on this loan. This company is located in Plano, Tx. Is this the same Nationstar that you work with? And if so, what do you suggest I do to reach someone?

Nationstar Mortgage is going to "rape" me of my home. How? disability discrimination. Wait till the facts are heard in court, and the Department of Justice investigates. Then in that investigation you will SEE the Story about the practices of Nationstar.
