My parents just want to give the home back to American Home Mortgage

March 12, 2009

I am trying to get info for my elderly parents that just moved out of their home due to financial/medical problems. They can no longer afford their mortgage. They sent a letter to the mortgage co along with the keys to the house. They moved to another town near their children. What can we do to avoid harassing mail/calls to them? They are only 1-1/2 mos behind right now. They tried to sell the house but could not get out of it what they owe.

I TAKE CARE OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED ANIMALS DOGS CAT WHATEVER WITH MY OWN FUNDS,BUT THIS LENDER HAS BLED US DRY WE HAVE NO MORE MONEY TO THROW AT THEM,I HAVE SOLD MY WEDDING RINGS AND EVERY THING I HAVE OF VALUE,EXCEPT MY CAR,KIM BRADFORD FRANKLINTON NC PLEASE PLEASE HELP I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE
