I am waiting on the Presidents Foreclosure Bailout plan to save me

March 02, 2009

my loan was originally with Centex who was bought by Nation Star. i made arrangement with loss mitigation dept on pay the payments. i had an agreement to make a double payment in March 2008(which i did for close to $6,000) and another double was due in April which i was ready to make when i was served with foreclosure paper. i called the same person person said to make to scheduled payment and not worry about the paper, that it was a mistake out of another office. he said that they offices don't communicate with one another even though i was never told that they were considering tp foreclose me. i ask that once i sent them the other payment if they can send me something that they weren't going to proceed. he kept on telling me to send the money. i didn't because it didn't sound right. the foreclosure has been going on and i don't know what to do because they are no help. during that time i was running behind making payments, my husband had emergency surgery and was out of work for about 6 months but i still made payments because my in-laws were paying the mortgage called the company every time i had trouble.after the first surgery my husband had another surgery was not working and the place of employment had no benefits and i still made payments. I told them my husband was going to open his own business and that we will have more income plus. i asked Nation Star for modifying the loan they said that they couldn't meanwhile my payments went from $1700 to over $2700 a month. with all the bad financial heartaches my family had they never were able to work with me but i always done what they asked from me. now the problem has grown even more. i owed$250,00and it keeps climbing and i can't give them what they been asking for through their attorneys. i was waiting for my in-laws to sell property so we can pay off the house, they had a potential buyer in Spring 2008 but it didn't go through because of township issues. Europe has different laws.i had alot of prospects to help them situation, but it turn into bas luck. i really want and need to get rid of Nation Star. i heard all bad things about them and even from professionals, that they are scums and crooks.i got in touch with you because one customer of Nation Star put in a complaint about this company so did 100's of customers told everyone to try your company. you should look up all the bad complaints on this company. maybe you can do something about putting this company out of business at the same time helping these people with options to keep there home, because they are very unhappy with Nation Star. I also wanted to know if The President's housing plan is going to benefit in any way?please let me know if you can help me, i appreciate it very much. thank you

Good Luck!
We applied for Obama's plan and qualified. IT'S A JOKE! They offered to lower our payments...get this...$15.00, that's right, a whole $15.00 (and that's for 3 months only-then back to regular payments.) I can't hardly wait to get caught up financialy and pay off some bills with our $45.00!
