The home that is being foreclosed my daughter lives in... this sucks

My husband and I own the home, but our daughter and her husband are renting to own ~ but they have fallen into hard times and have not been able to make the payments ~ therefore, the house has gone into foreclosure and now is in Sheriff's sale. We do not want to loose our home ~ and my daughter and her family have no where to go

I am going to ask a personal question. But I have no guarantees. How old are you now. because i may be able to help with answers or direction on this issue
I need answers asap! I am 78 years old and I don't know what to do. My daughter and her husband have put the house in foreclosure and sheriff sale is March 9th. I have received NOTHING from anyone about this.

We were served with foreclosure papers tonight, we worked with chase on a modification and they reduced our payment and never heard anything again, now what do we do? Am i and my little girl going to be kicked out of our home? This is sooo wrong the banks are not doing what was suppose to be done...I am so scared, please someone help. I believe in God and have alot of faith, the power of prayer is powerful, I ask please that everyone pray tonight.
Have you spoken to Chase yet regarding the Foreclosure if not call them.
we spoke to them on monday, they asked that we up date some info....then tonite we get this. will they kick us out like tomorrow or what? i cant sleep

Ok, then you have two choices I can either tell you on here or you may call me and I will discuss your options directly with you. They have the right to continue with foreclosure if they are doing a work out/reduced payment plan. But they are not going to kick you out tomorrow. it depends on your state and time lines in your state.
