Can you file for Bankruptcy of the Bankruptcy?
I have already filed for bankruptcy last year and because of unforeseen problems we have managed to fall behind on those payments. The case is going to be dismissed in the next month and the bank will proceed with foreclosure. I had previously tried to arrange a deal with them before filing for bankruptcy, but they would not cooperate. Last fall my house caught on fire and receipt insurance money to repair. At this time the repairs are still not complete, because the bank has caused continuous delays with me accessing the insurance money to repair. This mortgage includes my home and my business. I am self employed. If they proceed in foreclosing, I will not only be without a home, but without a job.
