BB&T is forclosing on my commercial property
The foreclosure we face is on a commercial building and a piece of property for our small business. We were not even 30 days behind when BB&T posted the foreclosure in our local paper-without notice- they will not communicate with us- we have the building leased and they promised if they did not extend they would give us an opportunity to seek alternative financing but they did not keep their word- we don't want to send any more employees to the unemployment line and we are Christians and we are not sure where to turn for assistance - we are out of town helping my husband's parents due to their health and were not even aware the bank was not going to work with us until we received a call from family letting us know BB&T had posted the foreclosure and had a sale date of March 3rd. I understand you usually work with homeowners but this situation affects us and our employees and we just wanted to see if there was anyone that could help.
