I have an investment property i need to unload
I built a 13 townhouse community with three partners nine years ago. The first partner bailed out early in the process after funds were already committed. The second partner embezzled $40k at the end of construction. I have been working away from my family for the last 8 years to make up rental deficiencies. We have had one house on the market for over a year at $114K but have had only one offer which fell through at closing. I am now out of work as a consulting engineer. Our cost after revenues on all townhouses is about $50K a year. I have some savings but do not want to go bankrupt over the next three years trying to keep these houses afloat. Being away from home and my church is causing me to loose my faith. I need a comprehensive solution.
