I haven't heard from Bank of America
October 20, 2009
I have not received any communication from Bank of America in several weeks. I am scared they will take my home. I don't know what to do. Help!!

If they recieve your papers even one day late they will just shred them but they will string you along telling you that it is normal for it to take weeks for the papers to be scanned in. Watch out for this. If you do not have a negotiator assigned within two weeks of sending in your packet, restart the modification process. They wait until it is too late to do anything before they send you a letter telling you that your application has been rejected becuase it was recieved late.
