I am trying to save my momma's house

October 30, 2009

I am trying to save my momma's house because I am her estate and I got the house up for sale and now it is suppose to be sold in two weeks and I already got a contract on the house so I am not trying to lose my momma's house and when they do get the house sold I will pay what ever I owe on the house that's left when the buyer buys it. I will pay the amount owe out of the money that I get out of the house if I can try to save the house until its sold. I just need to know what I can do until then. The mortgage company is Suntrust mortgage.
