Loan Document problems, now what do I do... I am still facing foreclosure?
January 19, 2009
I have already had my loan documents audited and found violations. Would like to know how an attorney can help me with filing against Countrywide. I may also file BK because I have $50,000 credit card debt. I am going through a divorce, our businesses have vanished and have I have no income at this time other than some family help.
