Will Freemont refi us at a lower rate, I need some time
I am currently paying $2050 a month. I received a letter for intent to foreclose. It says I have until May 15th to pay the past due which is $4099.55. My fiance lost his job and he won't have a unemployment check until may 16-17th. I am trying very hard to come up with the money but I just dont' have it. We both have very poor credit. My parents are willing to assist us and bring us current but only if we can refinance and lower our payment. I need my payments lowered at least by 300-400. I need help , I am begging for help. We will do anything not to lose our home. We have a 10 year old boy and a 7year old daughter and I don't want to lose our home. This is their first home, they are finally settled and are happy. I need help please!
