We separated but the mortgage did not
May 14, 2008
Mortgage was shared between me and my spouse and we separated. I was not able to keep up with payments on my own at first and the payments racked up. The agreement made with the bank was just to high to keep up with. I was forced to miss 1 or 2 months and after that point i was sending them in but they were not accepting them any longer. I am able now to make these or any other payments but it has gone to far and they will not accept. Any assistance would be great. I just got the letter in the mail today that HUD will be taking over in 60 to 90 days.
