We need to sell fast to avoid foreclosure with Homecomings, does anyone have any suggestions?
May 08, 2008
We have been trying to sell our house for a year now, with no luck. We owe more on it than what the houses in our area are selling for. We need to be out of this house by the end of July, relocating to Florida. What can we do to save our credit from a foreclosure?

I came across your letter as I was doing my research on a lending institution that my client is dealing with. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Although, it is a sad and common scenario nowadays for lenders to be unresponsive because they are overwhelmed by requests for loan modification plans, short-sale and foreclosure proceedings. To help you in your situation, you will need the services of someone who really cares about your problem and knows short-sale. Apparently there are many who don't. If your home is located in the southeast valley (Chandler, Tempe, West Mesa, Gilbert), I maybe able to help you. Otherwise, I can refer you to someone else.
My mortgage company has filed forclosure. I have 28 days to reply. I am in no financial position to keep my condo. I lost my job and have gone through Chapter 7 bankruptcy, my mortgage company was included. Do I need an attorney if I intend for the forclosure process to follow through. Do I need to file a reply within 28 days. Do I continue to pay condo fees?
