I thought for sure my mortgage was a fixed rate... guess what it wasn't

Thought we signed a fixed mortgage 4 years ago - it was adjustable. Loan specialist was "let go" two weeks after did our loan. We believe terms of loan were changed when he delayed our closing by a day. Loan was immediately sold - have gone through 2 layoffs and wife's MANY medical bills the past three years. We are now back on track doing well financially but just need our loan remodified so that it is fixed and we can get current once again. Believe we can get together the back payments owed if need to

Thought I signed a fixed mortgage 4 years ago too - didnt no until a letter came told me the new payment amount and I thought I was gonna die. I called them and they were like well you signed this paper cant remember what she called it but it changed after 2 years in four years it went from 6.25% to 11.33% I believe and could go up to 13.% something... it was an adjustable and I wasnt explained all that stuff at the table or anywhere else. Guess I made a mistake telling them I was like GREEN and KNEW NOTHING about all this buying for the first time. Loan specialist knew I was a single parent and couldn't afford anymore on my loan. - I have gone through 2 jobs and now on umemployment verily making it financially but just need my loan remodified so that it is fixed. I can am current on all my payments thanks to my ex husband being there for me isn't there anything I can get done about this?
see my other posts File the remodify hardship asap and follow my other suggestions good luck leelee

How long do you have when they start the foreclosure process. Should I start packing now?
