I don't have a job, why won't they help me?
I am unemployed at this time and should be employed again by June 08, I am in the early stages of foreclosure I had a sub prime loan that went from 6.5 to a 9.5 I cannot afford the new payments even if I was still working, wilshire was the servicer, I tried to refi before the new rate kicked in but was declined, I was never late on a payment for three years while i had work, I applied for mortgage protection and was denied by the court,the mortgage is a 80/20, I want to keep the home I will be working by june 08 and i would like to have the mortgage reconstructed but I need a decent rate, fixed that I can afford, write now I owe roughly 269000 the house is worth 315000 the origanal loan was 264500
